Juniors
Our Junior Training Sessions are tailored to develop fundamental netball skills in a fun and supportive environment suitable for Primary School ages.
Our Junior Training Sessions provide a nurturing environment for young players to develop their skills and love for netball.
- Buzzers - Reception to Year 2, Saturdays 9-10am
- Fliers - Years 3-4, Saturdays 10-11am
- Stingers - Years 6, Saturdays 10-11am
- Stingers - Year 5, Saturdays 11am-12pm
- Stingers - Year 5&6 Mondays 4-5pm
- Competitive match play from U9 / County from U11.

Seniors
Our Senior Netball Programme offer a platform for players of all levels to enjoy competitive gameplay and build lasting friendships. This is suitable for players from Year 7 to 13.
- Saturday Morning Training
- 9-10am U14+
- 10-11am U12-U13
- Fully inclusive for all Seniors
- Monday Night training
- Various timings, age and experience depending
- County League Entry in all age categories
- Eastbourne Netball League Junior entry in U10-U14
- Eastbourne Netball League Adult entry from age 14.

Adult Netball
We Offer 2 Adult Training Sessions:
- Monday Performance Training, 7:30-9pm
- Wednesday Training 7:30-9pm
We also play in the Eastbourne Netball League, with the following Teams:
- Boost 1: Eagles
- Division 1
- Boost 2: Scarlets
- Division 4
- Boost 4: Phoenixes
- Division 4
In addition we enter Local Tournaments & Back-To-Netball Festivals

Walking Netball
Our Walking Netball sessions are all about keeping active, building confidence, and enjoying the game at a gentler pace. Perfect for everyone, returning to the sport, looking for a fun way to stay fit, or simply wanting to be part of a friendly and supportive group. No experience is needed—just bring yourself, a smile, and a love for moving!
- Wednesdays 6:00-7:30pm
Pilates with Jess
Jess has over 10 years of experience in teaching Pilates and continues her learning in the field.
Session include; Mat work, Small Equipment & tailored content to the needs of the group.

NetballHer
NETBALLHer is an England Netball Initiative, designed to raise the bar for women and girls through the creation of expert resources, practical support, game-changing learning offers and by being a strong and responsible voice for ‘Her’.
A dedicated NETBALLHer website has been created with women’s health experts The Well HQ, where anyone can access the expert resources for free. This is a place for real stories, to listen, and to learn from leading experts to understand female bodies. Topics include pelvic health, menopause, the menstrual cycle and bras and kit.
